Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $79 within Australia. For orders under $79, a flat shipping fee of $8 will be added to your order.

Orders are sent via Australia Post eParcel from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed before 12pm each business day will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following business day. You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original unopened packaging and in unused condition. 

 

Refunds

All shipping charges are the buyer’s responsibility and non-refundable (unless faulty). Refunds will be credited via the original form of payment, minus the original postage costs. Exchanged items will be sent back to you free of charge.  

 

Faulty & Damaged Items

In the unfortunate case that you receive an item you believe is faulty or damaged, please contact us and provide a brief summary of the issue and photos showing the issue. We will assess the item and repair, replace or refund it.
